At semiblot.com, we prioritize a checkout process that is secure, efficient, and easy to use. This Payment Methods Policy explains which payment options are available, how payments are handled, and the safeguards in place to protect your financial data.

This policy applies to all purchases made on semiblot.com and should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Options

We provide multiple trusted payment solutions to ensure a smooth and reliable checkout experience.

We accept major international card networks, including:

For quicker and more convenient checkout, we support:

1.3 Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)

Where supported, customers may use installment-based payment options such as:

  • Shop Pay Installments

  • Klarna

  • Afterpay / Clearpay

Approval decisions and repayment terms are determined solely by the respective BNPL provider.


1.4 Prepaid Cards & Gift Cards

  • Online-enabled prepaid credit cards are accepted

  • Only Semiblot-issued gift cards can be redeemed on our website


1.5 Payment Methods Not Accepted

We do not support the following payment types:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Checks or money orders

  • Direct bank transfers (unless explicitly listed at checkout)

  • Cryptocurrency payments

  • Gift cards issued by third-party retailers


2. Currency

All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If you use a non-USD card, your bank may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees.


3. Payment Authorization & Verification

To protect both customers and our business, orders may be subject to verification procedures, including:

Orders that fail verification may be delayed or canceled.


4. When Payment Is Charged

Payment is charged immediately at the time of checkout.
Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent.

Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been fully authorized and verified.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

A transaction may be declined for several reasons, including:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Incorrect card information

  • Expired card

  • Bank or issuer security restrictions

  • International payment limitations

If your payment is declined, you may:

  • Recheck and re-enter your payment details

  • Try a different payment method

  • Contact your bank for assistance

Orders are not reserved until payment is successfully completed.


6. Security & Fraud Protection

  • Tokenized payment data (full card numbers are never stored)

  • Automated and manual fraud monitoring


7. Taxes & Additional Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated during checkout based on your shipping address.

Please note that your financial institution may charge additional fees, such as:

  • International transaction fees

  • Currency conversion fees

  • Processing fees

Semiblot does not impose hidden or undisclosed charges.


8. Refunds for Returned Orders

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return Policy and are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Bank processing 1–2 business days

Total processing time: up to 5 business days.

If a refund has not appeared within 7 business days, please contact your bank or email us at support@semiblot.com.
If the original card has expired, your bank will redirect the refund to your updated account.


9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you notice an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback.

Unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

  • Cancellation of current orders

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Loss of eligibility for future purchases

We provide full transaction records and documentation when responding to disputes through payment processors.


10. Updating Payment Details

Once an order has been placed, the payment method cannot be changed.

To update payment information, you may:

  • Request a cancellation (if the order is still eligible)

  • Place a new order using the correct payment details
